| Introduction | I am retired, I live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and I have a civil engineering degree, Concordia University , Montreal 1968, and I had worked as a Remax Realtor in Calgary too but in my decades of real life experiences in Canada the still too often unenforced existing laws, regulating societies, governments clearly did not stop too many Realtors, Lawyers, Pastors or even the cops now, Corporations too, Bell Sympatico from cheating, stealing, lying to the customers, others. It does not mean that have to accept it still too. I have also for many years pastored a great home church too, I did home, hospital visitations as well.
