Introduction	I am a smart professional with more than 8 years of experience, now playing role of Sharepoint - IT Specialist at 'IBM India'. My core strengths are into portal development with Microsoft SharePoint 2007 / MOSS / WSS 3.0. At present, I am involved into team management, requirement analysis, design & development. While working in offshore model, I have gained sound knowledge in cross country culture. Working as Asst Manager (IT) in VSPL, I have managed a team of 16 people. I have good emotional intelligence skills coupled with analytical, technical & leadership qualities.
Interests	These days in which business was typified by a rigidly-defined hierarchy, operating in a single location, and applying thought-based input to the creation of hard goods are gone forever. Our professional culture increasingly calls for geographically-dispersed peers to collaborate on the creation of knowledge-based deliverables in an environment where time defines the greatest portion of cost with collaboration processes appears to be clear.
