| Introduction | Hi, I’m Cathy—a true Central Florida native who’s called Lake, Seminole and Orange counties home. After thirty wonderful years of marriage, two amazing sons, and three energetic grandsons, my family’s grown to include Lily, our mischievous Boxer puppy who keeps us all laughing. I found my way into real estate while studying at UCF, and though my career took a detour into marketing, radio, and TV, I eventually found my way back—thanks to a friend who insisted I belonged in this business. They were right. There’s nothing quite like handing someone the keys to their new home and seeing that joy on their face. Whether you’re buying your very first house, upgrading to something new, or looking for the perfect vacation spot, I treat every transaction like it’s my own.
