Introduction	A fellow co-worker who just like you, has heard the complaints about the unfairness in the Fund by upper management and has decided to do something about it. This unfair treatment not only was directed towards the limited staff(bargaining)but also to the unlimited (non-bargaining). Taking advantage of our lack of representation and threatening us with losing our jobs, upper management walked all over us. In almost 9 years while working in Human Resources, I was witness to numerous violations and a number of wrongful terminations. Sometimes, it takes one person's sacrifice for others to benefit. I hope I could be that person. "Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the ones we've been waiting for. We are the change that we seek." Barak Obama
