| Introduction | I am a mom of two and a teacher. I am an Iowa native that has spent the last 20 years traveling, studying, and teaching in one capacity or another. My son was hospitalized on day six of his life. While he survived, he has ongoing specialized needs. Subsequently,I chose to step away from the work I love, teaching, in order to focus on meeting the needs of both my children. I'm rediscovering my roots.
