| Introduction | I sat in a cubicle for 8+ years and I hated it. I drank lots of coffee at work enough to make me fat and I hated it. I slept late, got up late barely on time to catch my office transport and I hated it. I am also over weight and never workout. I used to live alone and often kept the dishes for days. In short, I hated my lifestyle. To hopefully fix myself, I took the plunge. I quit my job and returned to my home state of Mizoram in India to travel all over it.
