| Introduction | I've always been involved in sports (whether it's playing them or coaching), but I've only recently become a serious recreational runner. I'm by no means an endurance athlete and will only do my first ever marathon in October this year! However, what I lack in skill, I make up in willingness to try. This blog is dedicated to the struggles, triumphs and emotions that I'll be going through in the next 7 months as I try to prepare for something I never thought would be possible. Before I take on this endeavour, I want to thank my amazing partner and supporting parents without whom this would not be possible at all!! I might be the one doing the hard work, but they are the ones supporting me financially, emotionally, and giving me their unconditional encouragement to go for it. I love you guys! |
