| Introduction | Being single is a gift from God and can be used greatly for His glory. Oftentimes social pressures may dictate that singleness is to be avoided or remedied, leaving singles feeling out-of-place in a world that is seemingly geared towards couples and marriage. Prime exists to "solidify our identities in Christ" as single adults. 2 Peter 1:3 reads, "His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness." According to this passage, we can strengthen our identities in Christ by growing in our knowledge of Him. It is our hope and prayer that this ministry would empower singles to take ownership of their identities in Christ during this unique sate of life. |
