Introduction	Direct Response was created when its three directors clearly saw the need for a "package deal" for the general public who were genuinely concerned about the security of their home and family. Too many companies were offering partial solutions, many of them in our opinion, not worth the paper they were written on. What was required was an affordable, fully comprehensive package that gave as close to 100% protection as possible. A package that was transparent with no hidden extras and that gave the user complete peace of mind. There were too many companies offering what appeared to be "sensational deals" but when the small print was examined a little closer "all that glistened was not gold." The directors of Direct Response wanted to put together a deal for the customer that basically gave them "state of the art" wireless equipment, expertly installed, regularly serviced at an all-inclusive price that did not spring any nasty suprises for them further down the line.
