| Introduction | I have always thought of myself as a non conformist with my own style and flare. I like to be original. I like to be unique. I have a passion for sterling silver jewelry; particularly large chunky pieces. I started making jewelry when I was in high school; simple beading. Recently, I came across a material called Precious Metal Clay and my whole world completely changed! I was fortunate to take two classes with a wonderful instructor, Dina Alexander, and gained the basic skills and technique to work with this revolutionary material. It is so exciting to start with a lump of clay and then with your own two hands turn that lump into a beautiful piece of precious metal art that can be worn. I really feel like a little piece of me is in each item that I create. I have recently taken my level one certification class through PMC Connection, so I am now a certified artisan. |
