| Introduction | I am a 29 year old wife to Mike, Mom to a busy 3 year old and vegetarian. I work full time and know very well about the challenges of trying to juggle everything. I also work out regularly (4-6 days per week), I believe very much in "clean" eating (cooking from scratch/no processed, preservative-laden foods) attend church each Sunday, volunteer monthly, and do my best to spend time with family & friends. I don't spend enough time cleaning my house though. ;) |
