| Introduction | I am a wife to Brandon and a mother of five children. Logan, Dana, Maggie, Faith, and Lily. I started this Blog to hopefully inspire others to eat better and have healthier lifestyles, also to share with you my struggles and successes as I try to navigate this world. In January of 2010 I changed my lifestyle so much that I lost 4o pounds in 4 months! (I've lost 50 pounds. I want to maintain my weight and not lose anymore :) My family is getting healthy as well. |
