Introduction	I've been through a lot in my thirty years on this planet. I struggled through the loss of my mother as a young child, being the fat kid on the block, losing the weight and keeping it off, marrying and divorcing a toxic jerk, finding and marrying my best friend and soul mate, professional success, and sharing my life with several very wise four-legged companions. There have been many times when I thought about throwing in the towel, but I know there is much beauty and love to be discovered in our lives and the world around us. I hope to help you find it by sharing the wisdom and guidance of my four-legged teachers.
