| Introduction | I'm a whimsical retro-inspired artist with an appreciation of the quirky side of life. I find inspiration in thrift shops, dreams, magic realism, and conversations with friends and strangers. I hope my artwork makes you smile! |
| Interests | My curiosity has lead me to work in a variety of media, including painting, collage, photography and illustration. My artwork has been widely collected, including the Minneapolis Institute of Art, the Art Institute of Chicago, the Center for Creative Photography and the Baltimore Art Museum. As a freelance illustrator I regularly provide Target Corporation with preliminary illustrations for their catalogs and online website. I have also created numerous covers for Minnesota Medicine Magazine as well as illustrations for The Wilson Quarterly, The Stanford Social Innovation Review and various other publications. My artwork has been licensed by Manual Woodworkers and Certified International for table top designs and fabrics, by Frankie and Johnny for sleepwear fabrics, and by Antioch for paper products.
