| Introduction | Bethany Prairie Farm consists of 400 acres of prime farmland, which from the 1950's until 2004 was farmed conventionally. We raise Scottish Highland cattle and the meat is sold locally. We are working to restore the farm to a sustainable, organic, integrated crop/livestock farming unit. |
