| Introduction | Carlos Pereira da Silva, born in 1952, at Sever do Vouga / Portugal. Living in Setúbal for about 30 years. He paints and exhibits his works since 1989. He attended several painting courses with Eduardo Carqueijeiro and Acácio Malhador. This photo is an example of the "Golfinho Parade National Contest" of 2011: 2 of the 20 Dolphin projects selected by the Municipality of Setúbal were executed by C. Pereira da Silva. Public exhibition -Setúbal dock. In 2016 he participates again in the dolphin Parade with a new project: Public exhibition Setúbal dock.
