| Introduction | Reading, Analyzing and Writing has been a hobby since long for me. I try to stick to reality as much as possible and try not to justify or clarify my position. I am always open for discussion and valid reasoning. I have made my mistakes, and have realized that if you don't speak up people would definitely speak on your behalf and others would simply try to take advantage of the same. Reflection on my career goals, mistakes, success, endeavors, etc., not only turned out to be the best learning I could get, but it turned out to be the best attribute I could develop. I go on long drives every night (Car or Motorcycle), that is the exact moment when I reflect a lot on literally everything and try to analyze so as to whatever happened, why did it happen! Risk taking ability is not for the weak hearted, it has to have a sound Risk Mitigation plan along to minimize the impact if things go awry. I never doubt that there are friends to be made while we wade through different challenges, looking for the combination of old and new that can make us grow. Regardless of my company or position, I think of my career as a continuation of the adventure that it is. |
