| Introduction | I live with my handsome husband, 7 year-old daughter, and two, four-legged children, two Russian Blue Cats, a girl named Luna Blue and a male named Romanov. We have a doodle-ish dog named Bella, and a chocolate merle Multi-gen Labradoodle named Westley. We all live in an 200 hundred-year old, rambling adobe home. My DH and I have a wonderful life together. I grew up in NM and am very tied to my culture. Some of what is in this blog will reflect that. I'll probably post about my thoughts and observations, maybe news, history and pictures I find along the way on my journey in life. I may ramble a bit about real life too. If you read this thinking you're seeing the whole me... this is just one part of my life. Not all. I'm also a writer, working on two novels at the moment. I am just trying to muddle through this thing called life as best as I can. but I have other blogs of various themes and thoughts. Meanwhile, I'm seeing, tasting and doing everything I can just to know what it's all about. "Too late" is almost like "never" and I don't want to miss out on anything. No regrets. |

| Favorite movies | The Princess Bride, Love Actually, It's A Wonderful Life, Highlander, Pan's Labyrinth, Amelie and other foreign films, the old classics, epics and the Godfather trilogy, even the third has some redeeming qualities. |
| Favorite music | The Cure, Goo Goo Dolls, Lenny Kravitz, U2, Live, Green Day, Counting Crows, Classic Rock, 80's, alternative, some pop music, some Latin, a wee bit of country. |
| Favorite books | It's shameful that I don't have a list of favorite books (at the moment). But I'm sure that amid all the piles of books I have in my house, I have at least one or two. I love different genres and will read almost anything (if the reading mood strikes). Sometimes I try to avoid reading because I'm too wrapped up with my own characters and getting their stories out. |
