| Introduction | I originally started Atkins in July 2003. I did well, but fell off the wagon in November. Since then I have tried many times to get back on. Sometimes I would last a while, sometimes not. I KNOW this is the best way for me to eat because of my diabetes and I'm determined to make it work! |
