Introduction I am a bubbly, enthusiastic and thoughtful food-crazy chatterbox, who has not quite found her niche but keeps searching. I cook with a Mediterranean style but have a deep interest in health, nutrition and the usefulness of lesser used ingredients or alternatives for food intolerances, which I have struggled with for years. I love veg in all its colours, though still have not quite mastered my five-a-day. Recipes and food photography whet my appetite and I like nothing more than the challenge of 'winging it' to create something uniquely my own. I am fascinated by the uses and power of the humble, fragrant herb, the science of food and cooking and the possibilities for foraging, subsistence growing and the slow food movement. I am on my way to becoming a DIY proficient, crafty domestic goddess in the little love nest I now share with T--my superman and partner in crime.
Interests cooking, eating good food, restaurants, food-shops and markets. Health, well-being, nutrition, homeopathy, therapy and empowerment. Music festivals, blues, country and soul. Reading, crafts, boxing (when I get over my fear of starting again as a rusty old unfit near 30 yo), Pilates, yoga (ditto as above)

You're trapped in a well with a goat and a slinky. Describe how you will escape.

Goats can jump, give it a good kick and see if it can jump out of the well. Have the slinky attached to its collar (this is a house-trained goat). No goats were harmed in this daring escape!
