Introduction	We have been missionaries in East Africa - first Kenya and now Tanzania - going on 20 years. Our ministry focus is planting churches in villages surrounding the city of Mwanza. We have a strong emphasis on national leadership training. On this blog you'll read about ways in which we have been able to incorporate that. Ways such as: one-on-one discipleship, pastor's fellowships, pastor's wives meetings, seminars, etc. I hope as you read our blogs that you will take time to pray for the ministry the Lord has given us!
