Introduction	A member of East Anglian Historical Gamers, I've been wargaming for over 40 years in one capacity or another, although I started playing seriously (if that's the right word) when the first boxed version of Warhammer fantasy came out in the early 1990's.Now, I play mainly Dux Britanniarum, The Men Who Would Be Kings, Sharp Practice and Conitatus.My real strength remains my ability with a paintbrush although I am a better general than I used to be and my eyes are slightly giving up the ghost! I find all aspects of the hobby a great relaxation as well. Personally speaking, I live alone having moved home to Suffolk in 2023, although my son occasionally visits. I now work at Sutton Hoo, one of the greatest archaeological sites in the UK if not the world - the perfect job for a history geek like me!

Favorite music	Classic AOR (Journey, Rick Springfield, Foreigner, etc, etc), contemporary Country and some of the more melodic modern American rock stuff.
Favorite books	Silmarillion, Bernard Cornwell's Arthur trilogy, Rosemary Sutcliffe's Sword at Sunset
