Introduction	I'm a homeowner stumbling through remodeling, redoing, creating, painting, patching, and growing. I work from home as an online instructor/pet doorman. My husband rocks, our pets are fun, and we're trying to make our house our HOME while not breaking the bank. We have a lot of fun all along the way... even when the house leaks and the caulk won't set up. This blog started as a way for us to keep track of our projects because I'm not a very good scrapbooker!
Favorite books	I love to read! A few favorite authors are Anita Shreve, Tracy Chevalier, and Dan Brown. I like a wide variety and rarely put a book down once I've begun!
