Introduction	* Benjamin Adgate was born and raised in Carrollton, Texas and has always had an intense passion for music. While his early training laid solely in violin and classical instrumental music, through time he has come to love musical theatre and, upon entering college, has become uniquely intrigued by opera. As a composer he is very curious about writing for many things, but knows that his love for composing will always come back to writing scores for the stage.
