| Introduction | A 50 year old working woman who as of today, July 10, 2011 has lost 49 1/2 pounds, after completing two rounds of HCG Diet protocol. My goal is not to become part of the greater majority who complete the protocol only to gain back most if not all the weight. I would like to look back at this journey and be able to say I used this tool the way it was designed. A way to get a jump start on overall permanent changes to eating healthier and being more activem in a realistic and sustainable fashion. |
