| Introduction | An optimistic pessimist...if that makes any sense. Sometimes, I wonder if I'm just destined to be that crazy cat lady. You know the one...yeah, her. Some things I love in no particular order: blogging, pictures, a good book, fireplaces, Andy Samberg, tone-deaf singing at the top of your lungs, Mexican food, thunderstorms, Arrested Development, musicals, ghetto rap, sad Country songs, head-banging heavy metal, laughing until your side hurts, Sean Connery SNL skits ("Suck It Trebek"), independence, good men, people who can understand my sarcasm and dish it right back, losing miserably at Halo, road trips, animals, Southern charm, unconditional love, 3 hour phone conversations with people who live too far away for comfort, jigsaw puzzles, my Nook, refusing to remove my rose-colored glasses, getting the uncontrollable giggles, making sushi, sit down dinners with friends, refusing to go to sleep before 2 am no matter how early I have to be up, manners, cursing like a sailor on leave (sorry mom), baking when I'm stressed, email pen-pals, Dwight Schrute, driving too fast, Buffy the Vampire Slayer...the list goes on and on. |
