Introduction	I am an Agra-based journalist with more than 30 years of experience in active journalism and teaching at the university. I am associated with numerous voluntary agencies including Yamuna Foundation for Blue Water, Braj Mandal Heritage Conservation Society and Sri Nathji Nishulk Jal Sewa. More than 30 years of writing experience in various newspapers and magazines, I have worked with UNI, NPA, Gemini News London, India Abroad, Everyman's weekly (Indian Express), India Today, edited Jan Saptahik of Lohia Trust, reporter of George Fernandes's 'Pratipaksh', correspondent in Agra for 'Swatantra Bharat', 'Pioneer', 'Hindustan Times', 'Dainik Bhaskar' (till 2004), wrote mostly on developmental subjects and environment, edited 'Samiksha Bharti', 'Newspress' weekly and worked in many parts of India.
