Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
I think it's quite frankly astounding that blogger instinctively knows my love of Dr Seuss. All fish are born with the ability to ride bicycles, they just rarely get to utilise this skill. Give a fish a bike. Make its little fishie year.
