| Introduction | I am a Masters' Degree Student in Educational Counselling. In the past year I have been going through yoyos of weightloss routines. I did Slim in 6, lost 25lbs in 6 weeks, then I had started Kathy Smith's Project You but I didn't quite enjoy her style and that just didn't work out and now am started with the variety of Programs Debbie Siebers has to offer with Slim Series. Hope to be losing the weight I have gained since my lost weight loss bit and then more. Wish me luck! |
