| Introduction | I'm a wife to my handsome husband and mom to one gorgeous girl and one gorgeous boy. I am a stay at home mom. I love my family and friends. I love traveling...always up for a good road trip with good music. I love a clean and tidy house. I hate smelly things and will sniff every fragrance at the store before I purchase one. I'm a sucker for bargains and clearance. I love walking through model homes and getting decorating ideas. Decorating is an addiction for me. I love eating out. I would rather have a chef than a maid. I LOVE public speaking. Not an animal lover, no desire to own any...ever. I hope to take guitar and sewing lessons someday. My pet peeves are numerous but here are some - people who don't use their blinkers; when breaking news pre-empts my shows; talking on my cell phone; when the internet is down. |
| Interests | interior design, shopping, buying and reading books (but mostly just buying them), water sports (love the lake, love the river, love the pool, love water parks), watching lightning storms, cleaning...sad I know, but I love a clean house, blogging, talking to friends and family, taking pictures, playing games (cities and knights is my favorite), getting my hair done, massages, eating out, looking through magazines, walks, mountain dew and chocolate (which I am forever trying to give up both). I really wish I was interested in cooking and exercising. I keep trying and am hopeful that someday it will stick! Favorite TV shows The Office, Lost, Dancing with the Stars, Design Star, The Amazing Race, The Hills, American Idol and Pushing Daises, I love Amusement parks and ache to be back at Disneyworld. |

| Favorite Music | I am a music lover! I like a little of everything. I listen to 70's classic rock the most. I like country (anything I can sing along with), folk music, and mellow music, like Sarah McLachlan and Dave Matthews. One of my favorites to sing along with is the Indigo Girls. I can't STAND children's music. My poor daughter's idea of children's music is Jimmy Buffet and Cat Stevens. We bought the Cars Sndtrk. since it had some decent songs but that's as close as we'll get. I love Christmas music. |
| Favorite Books | To Kill A Mockingbird, The Color Code, The Shopaholic Series, The Twilight Series, There Are No Children Here. I am a sucker for self-help books. I have at least 10 underneath my bed...all have been started, none finished! Is there a book for that?? |
