| Introduction | As Australian poet, Les Murray, put it "I am only interested in everything." That has lead me to study Earth Science, Theology and Education; and travel widely, especially on foot and by bicycle. I'm married, and have 3 adult children and 10 grandchildren. After a career in education and communication - the last 24 with Tasmania Parks & Wildlife Service - I'm now concentrating on writing about nature here and in magazines like 40 South Tasmania. My wife and I live in the foothills of kunanyi/Mt Wellington, near Hobart, Tasmania. |
