| Introduction | I am not a chef, restaurant manager, nor am I a restaurant worker. I do however come from a family in the Midwest that enjoys good down home cooking and great dining as I do. Soul food, Japanese, Spanish, American, Indian, a great deli, I will even rate take out and any other cuisine I haven't tried yet so watch out! I understand that everyone can't afford to pay a lot of money for a great dining experience and if you don't pay a lot you shouldn't receive sub-par food or service. I am in the customer service field and feel that excellent customer service plays a big role in whether or not I will return to that establishment.
