When Chris decided she wanted a divorce, she thought she had the right to request sole legal and sole physical custody of Audri in the divorce, and separate Audri from her dad. Since Chris had not been Audri's caregiver, she did not have the emotional bond with Audri, or the emotional capacity to understand that it is not just a matter of her personal choice to decide which parent has physical custody of Audri in the divorce. Chris was too stupid to realize that Audri did not have a choice as to who she formed a deep emotional bond with in association with child/caregiver, which had been Audri's dad. Chris thought this could be changed simply by personal preference, inconsequential to the emotional distress she would be inflicting upon her own daughter out of her own self interest. As a result of paying her lawyer, Mary Elizabeth Dorsey $17,000 dollars to insure she got sole legal and sole physical custody of Audri, Audri has been severely traumatized by being separated from her dad, her primary caregiver. As of this writing, Christine has alienated Audri from her dad for nearly two years now. |
