| Introduction | I conduct Omaha Symphonic Winds, a select 55-piece adult concert band. The ensemble was formed in 2009, presents 3 regular concerts yearly, and has performed for the Nebraska Music Educators Association Conference, the Nebraska State Bandmasters Convention, and the International Clarinet Association ClarinetFest. OSW has performed premieres of new works by composers Houston Dunleavy, Jonathan Russell, and Nolan Stoltz. OSW will present the Premiere of Keith Michael Davis" "Nautilus: Scenes from 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" on May 4, 2014. I've been blissfully married for 40 years to my wife, Shelly, who is a middle school band director. We have three married children, eight grandchildren, and a six-year-old wire haired terrier named Molly. |
