Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
There might be some crazy fish hoarder living deep in the sea with a few bicycles. Hell, I know I have PLENTY of stuff I don't need, but continue to hoard. (Not really, but there sure is a lot of clutter around here.)
