| Introduction | So I'm hoping a relatively recent diagnosis of food allergy and a penchant for self indulgent rambling will make a decent combo for a food blog!!!! I live life gluten free, dairy free and without sugar, and enjoy creating healthy chaos with food. I'm lucky to have access to beautiful locally grown ingredients, and try to make meals that incorporate all the things we're 'sposed to eat, not just carboload cos I can!
