| Introduction | KD: I thrive on change. Life has thrown lots of curve balls and I manage to hit most of them. As this Blog goes on I'll share some of the home runs, outs and fouls. I can't play baseball worth a toot but loved going to the games with my dad growing up. Married with two adult kids, a dog and a cat. Being in God's creation is the best. Especially when it is over 20 degrees celcius, I do NOT like the cold and we live in Alberta. I've been working on that wee issue for the past couple of years with no success, yet. LA:Life is upside down right now. All 4 kids moved out, new career with hubby, house on the market, leaving our island in the pacific after being a stay at home mom for the past 25 yrs! Good thing I love change! I also love the sun, beaches, palm trees and figuring out how to cool down as opposed to warming up. So why we live where we do? It's the warmest climate in Canada and I haven't figured out how to get us close to the equador yet...but I will! I also love to encourage, inspire, support and challenge people to reach their goals. My hope is as I share, I can accomplish this in your life too! |

Your pajamas have duckies on them. Why did you switch from choo-choos?
KD: Rather be on or by the water than sitting on a train! LA: Ducks are in this spring! Choo-choo's are so last fall.
