| Introduction | Hello! This is Jill Douka. I am a Uniqueness Coach, Workshop Leader and Author. My Uniqueness is leading high-end targets through creative flexibility, in order to empower people to take actions, feel secure and get the greatest value from their lives. I am Greek Canadian, has been working in the Human Resources field since 2003 and have recruited, trained, and coached more than 500 individuals in Greece, Italy and USA. Through Uniqueness Development Group, I have been leading workshops where I use experiential training techniques with movement, music, acting and games, which make the experience enjoyably transformative. In coaching sessions I enhance clients’ leadership abilities by assisting them in unlocking their strengths, energy and goals. I have committed to working with people’s values, focusing on their strengths and positivity. My ideal world is full of people who live by their Uniqueness, are healthy and happy.
