Introduction	Born in Doncaster England my first years of employment were in the coal mines, whilst part time soldiering in the 1st Yorks before a short but successful boxing career. I moved to Jersey, Channel Islands in April 1987 and worked for 18 months before travelling the World for one year. On returning to Jersey I resumed my career in the health and fitness industry. In 1993 I trained as a teacher and lectured at the local FE college and ran a part time business in outdoor pursuits. In 2001 I was recruited in to a private secondary school as head of PE and adventure education. In 2005 I left teaching to concentrate on the Outdoor Adventure business and cycled the Camino de Santiago de Compostella and continue to lead cycling expeditions on this route. My passion is the outdoors and continue to enjoy delivering many activities for those who want to be educated at the same time as being adrenaline junkies.
