| Introduction | I graduated from the University of Malaya in 1979 and started my career as Assistant Mechanical Engineer in a cement plant in Perlis. Today, I am still enjoying my hobby doing IMRO related works - developing, mentoring and sharing my experiences, passion and knowledge with industrial maintenance engineers, technicians and IMRO entreprenuers. Challenges and Investigation of chronic plant and equipment problems, and coming up with the appropriate customised innovative engineering solutions has always been fulfilling. I am always willing to consider a no-cure-no-pay challenge to find the root causes of equipment failures and solution, or come up with customised equipment design or jigs to improve plant and equipment maintainability. I am now promoting and encouraging collaborations among complementary JESS (Jobbing Engineering Support Services) providers and IMRO service providers, mutually enhance their specialised services through maximising the use of available resources and encourage acquiring of new repair technologies. |
