| Introduction | I've enjoyed formal education and learning with the Universities of Waterloo, Toronto and Calgary along with a Gestalt Certification from the Gestalt Institute of Toronto in 1995. I've worked since 1965 as a world water ski professional athlete and then to Calgary as a policy and systems planner, General Manager of 3 Multi-Purpose Centres for about 12 years (Southland Leisure Centre, Talisman and Family Leisure Centre) until 1992 when I began to work with RETHINK fulltime. Our firm, RETHINK (West) Inc. (which is Ken and Myself) have been active across Canada since 1978 - providing strategic counsel, plans and facilitation for the non-profit sector, recreation, parks, tourism agencies, universities and local governments. Essentially, I like to help people understand/accept where they are at ... think about their future and where they want to go then plan how to get there. Governance, leadership and performance management are my favorites. The goal is to make a difference - making great ideas soar and happen! |
