Introduction	This blog is for sharing my dreams (not the 'I wish for' kind, the actual 'in my sleep' kind). I've always had elaborate and detailed dreams, and I seem to be able to remember a lot of them. After telling an especially interesting one to my Dad, he told me I should start a blog. My partner came up with the name The REM files, since dreams occur in the REM (rapid eye movement) stage of sleep. I do not modify my dreams as I'm writing, I blog from my brain! I'm sorry if you appear in my dreams and do not like what you read. Blame my subconscious! ;)
Interests	Running, yoga, reading, writing, altruism, nutrition, and PUPPIES.
