| Introduction | Seth Leventhal has been a Minnesota civil litigator since 1996, formerly a Trial Group partner in with Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota's largest law firm and now with Fafinski Mark & Johnson, www.fmjlaw.com. Leventhal is a 1984 graduate of Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota. After pursuing a career as a visual artist post-college, in 1995, he graduated from the University of Michigan (J.D., Cum laude, Michigan Law Review). Following an appellate clerkship, 1995-1996 (6th Cir., Judge C.G. Kennedy), Leventhal began his career as a Minnesota trial lawyer and has handled a wide variety of commercial and business litigation for individuals and companies. |
