| Introduction | I am a professor of law at University of Technology Sydney, and, since 2013, Dean of the Faculty of Law. I research in media and communications law and regulation, with a particular focus on the relationship between broadcasting policy and regulation, and, more recently, the impact of new media on traditional regulatory approaches.
