Introduction	I'm an author, book reviewer and all-round curious person when it comes to learning. If you miss Jorge ("Toasty") Tostada, that's me. It's a nickname I got from the owner of a Mexican restaurant in Edmonds, Washington. Why "Jorge Tostada?" Because 85% of the time when I ate there (at least twice a week; it was near my office and had great food) I ordered a chicken tostada with whole beans. So he called me Jorge Tostada. I liked it and kept it.
