| Introduction | Welcome to my Natural Health Living site! This information is from a lot of wise pioneers of the health industry. I’ve become one myself. This information is about a quality and balanced life from my own personal perseverance and perspective of great health, nutritional eating and my own follow through with a committed lifestyle. I started cleansing; doing therapies and collecting books on health. I had to change some thinking to follow what the Lord teaches us about proper health and nutrition. I function best, and healthiest when I turn to Him physically, emotionally and spiritually! Knowing that I have to make wise choices, I started removing the toxins that were coming in to my body by the poor choices. So I started reading labels and eating whole foods then I started to see that the body can do what it was created to do. Making conscious and healthy choices which give the body the ability to reverse and allow the body to work at the repair and recovering from toxins.
