| Introduction | My name is Madeline Dalton, and I am a high school junior. I've always loved cooking, but I really started to get interested when Jamie Oliver debuted his new show "Food Revolution." I also bought Rozanne Gold's cookbook for teens, which I have loved. I've cooked about 2/3 of it and it's great. Those two things made me want to start creating my own recipes and make other people excited about eating healthy. I'm interested in pursuing nutritional sciences once I get to college along with attending culinary school AND majoring in theatre... but I have a few years to sort that all out. For now, I have a blog and am (slowly) working on earning my Girl Scout Gold Award by teaching kids about cooking. |
