Introduction	graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) with a degree in architecture and was fortunate to be able to take some side paths that led me to learn to blow glass under the tutelage of Dale Chihuly and study woodworking with Tage Frid, two masters of their craft. It was early on during this time that cooking and food began to play an ever increasing role in my life. I began to host dinner parties that ranged from hot dogs and hamburgers to honey glazed hams and almond-honey mousse to the first annual under $4.00 a gallon wine tasting party. The cooking and food aspect of my life continued to grow in importance Today my wife Bonnie, Joe (our current and much loved cat) and I reside in Hunterdon County, New Jersey. Bonnie and Joe have always encouraged and supported me in my many pursuits. Most importantly, they love me and regardless of the success or failure of the latest dish they’ve always been willing to try the next one.
