| Introduction | My name is Jon Wynn and I run a small web-based publishing company called MediaCrash. I had a regular job up until about two years ago when I decided to go into business for myself. Before I started MediaCrash, I worked as a stone-mason and before that, I was an infantryman in the United States Marine Corps. I've written two books, one of which is published by MediaCrash, and I'm working on a third. I also play the guitar (classical and punk) and write a lot of music. In addition to that, I spend a lot of time programming computers, a skill that I'm still a newbie at. My favorite languages are python, C and lisp, in that order. I'm very involved in animation character design and development and am a huge anime fan. To those who don't understand, I know that sounds uber-geeky but I don't really sweat it. I'm always interested in meeting people who are into writing fiction, drawing & animation, composing & performing music or writing software. If you're the type of person who has a positive attitude, shout out. If you're one of those despondent, critical types who seems to always be looking for a reason to slag things, don't bother. Nothing you say would affect what I do anyway. |
