Introduction	I am the mother of four children, currently aged 11, 9 1/2, 7 and 3 1/2. Our two eldest children were diagnosed on the spectrum and our third child had autistic symptoms that were never officially assessed. Our fourth child is neurologically typical. This blog is about our journey from diagnosis to recovery and the 'travel lessons' I learned along the way. In writing this blog I realize there are others who still live in the autistic world -- either by choice or circumstance -- and I make no judgements on them. I ask that you do the same with me.
